“We don’t turn boys into men, we turn men into leaders." Delta Epsilon Psi encourages its brothers to be active leaders in the Fraternity, University, and their respective communities. Our goal is to instill leadership characteristics into our brothers to not only succeed within Delta Epsilon Psi but in every aspect of their lives. We encourage and emphasize leadership because of its importance in the Fraternity and in the real world.

Leadership is defined as a “process of social influence in which one person is able to enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.” Delta Epsilon Psi instills that social influence through its three pillars of Brotherhood, Discipline, and Commitment. When a brother leaves his respective university he leaves with the confidence of knowing that his leadership skills will be strong enough to take on the responsibilities of life.

Delta Epsilon Psi trains and develops leaders for the next generation. Our exclusive alumni
network and mentoring programs give us the edge for leadership development. We teach you what it takes to organize your time, to excel academically, and to develop into an integral member of any community.

We must understand that not every individual when coming to college possess the best skills to become a leader. Delta Epsilon Psi strives to instill the pertinent skills to become a successful leader. By learning to become a leader within Delta Epsilon Psi, it trains our brothers to be leaders in the classroom, other orgnaizations, and their respective communities.

By participating in executive postions, chairs, and committee’s once you enter Delta Epsilon Psi, we encourage our brothers to be leaders as soon as possible. With the many events our Fraternity hosts, our brothers get hands-on leadership and management skills. By starting early we not only encourage our brothers to develop leadership skills, we encourage them to refine them so they will be ready for the real world when they graduate.

With this said, the brothers of Delta Epsilon Psi are not only leaders within the brotherhood but also in other organizations at their respective universities:
